Johnny Carson was the master of late night. He was a great comic with an impeccable sense of timing. Here is one example of how he could turn a simple conversation into a great comedy bit. He always skirted risque humor with class and aplomb. In this clip he's joined by Dyan Cannon, whom he'd reportedly dated during a period between wives.
